Description | Small red fruit-shaped bottle with blossom on side Narrow-necked jar/bottle with an effigy-fruit shaped body, flaring neck, missing rim, 1 strap handle extending from the neck to the body, and a flat base. The body is shaped like a fruit with a bud on one side. The vessel was likely fired in an oxidizing atmosphere as the ceramic paste is buff in color. Fireclouding is present on the body. The catalogue number is written on the object in black ink. Black ink on the bottom of the base reads: "3307." |
