Description | Wooden animal figure painted in light blue, red, yellow, white, black, and green. Antelope figure holds a blue and black rod in the proper left hand and a gourd dance rattle in his proper right hand. He wears a blue mask with horns and a cloud of white cotton on top. The sides of the head are decorated with red yarn with feathers on top and a green yarn ruff collar (evergreen boughs). The back of the mask is adorned with feathers. He wears a woven cotton belt and cotton leggings with fringe at the front. "#026" is written in black ink on the bottom of the proper left foot. |
