Description | Orange-buff ware; of rims and sides. Same type and design, but one sherd is from a smaller vessel (very shallow bowls). Base is decorated with a flange, containing protuberances at intervels; above this is a raised, parallel line; from line to edge of rim there is a wide band of alternating designs, made by incised lines; and with x and o designs, plus punctated dots. Very tasteful. |
