Description | "Pottery spindle whorl, hard baked brown, Class IIb stemmed." as per register. Design is three bands, with two interior diamonds, with circles inside. Encircling band with perpendicular lines, surrounded by two concentric lines. Stem is angled, not vertical, and decorated with a continuation of the design from the 3 bands. Four double lines made of circles on the flat bottom, extending from the interior hole to the exterior edge. |
