Description | Body-sherd from a semiglobular cup. Fine, light reddish brown (5 YR 6-7/3) clay with a paler surface, with decoration in red to brown paint, added red paint, and added white paint. Wiped with water and burnished. Interior painted. Concentric crescents above bands. Added red: traces. Added white: thin bands on dark bands. See MS4637.23. |
