Description

Pair of string leg bands (konat or yon konat) (yon = leg). Knotted bands of Gnetum, worn by women below knee. Worn as everyday attire but especially at feasts. made by Yagon Kamodin, Od clan, Dome village. Purchased from her son, David Karupiban, Kowongganbun clan, Dome village 9/22/88. Made for collection.
