Belt (uncertain)

Leather belt with stitching along edges. Surface of belt treated and cracking. 4 silver pieces with cut-out floral pattern. Silver ring at one end (2cm x 2.5 cm) held by silver loop. Buckle at other end (5cm x 3 cm) held on by brass(?) loop. Two of the silver pieces have silver hoops hanging down from them. These are shaped like omegas. Some of the silver is slightly rusted. The 3 silver pieces can move on the leather strap.
