Description

Round. Outside: palm leaves laid so that their ridges form the radii of the circle and folded so that all meet at the top centre. Held in place by reed in the form of a 5-pointed star. Brown straw braid edging. Inside: brown, fairly coarse basket weave covered with coiled weave. Fitted headpiece of fine basket weave. 2 leather loops for attaching neck cord.
