Description | Tapered hide strip with one end strip, cut and fringed. One side of tapered portion is covered with violet, yellow and light blue quills. Edged with light blue seed beads and decorated with steel tinklers with red dyed horsehair. Strip area wrapped with red and light blue quills. |
