Description | Carved wooden purse with fitted lid. Lid is attached with a strip of leather, knotted at ends, handle. Rounded base and body, cone shaped lid. Incised vertical lines of half circles, three of these are found on both back and front of piece. Encircling the bottom rim are carved vertical lines. The main body of object has a raised spout opening, in which the lid fits securely. |
