Obv. HONG - KONG 1866 VR ONE MIL. Rev. 香港一千 (Hong Kong One Thousand). One-mil coin minted by the Royal Mint London, for use in Hong Kong for trade with China. The VR stands for Victoria Regina which is Queen Victoria in Latin.
