Description | Globular body, slightly asymetrical in shape. Flaring rim broken off. Chihuahua Polychrome ware. Red and brown decoration on a buff slip. Zone is 10 cm. wide and divided into 2 panels by vertical parallel lines; in each panel a set of narrow parallel lines forms an elliptical figure which is divided by vertical lines into 2 identical areas containing an interlocking scroll; opposite corners of the large panel are balanced, one set with hatched triangles and the other with a geometric figure containing a circle enclosing a dot. |
