Description | Marsupial teeth drill (ba wan ninggambo) (ba = marsupial family, wang = species, ninggambo = teeth). Complete mandible of ba wang marsupial. The whole is used as a drill/awl, but if the mandible splits, or is about to, a wooden haft is attached to the bone. purchased from Dako Watan, Dimin clan, Dome village 4/9/89. Made for collection. |
