Description

Natural wood. Bowl supported by two lizards which are nuzzleing each other's tails. Ring base broken, two parts missing. Generally in poor condition. "Stand (not a bowl) for a large palm-wine calabash in a king's house, perhaps from the Tikaa of Bamende, but perhaps also from the Bamileke to the south." W. Fagg, 1968
