| Description | Black lacquer portable shrine with chased brass trimmings. The wooden figure standing on a boar inside this shrine is identified by the inscription on the inside of the door as Marishiten, the Goddess of Light. The inscription further associates the shrine with Tokudai-ji, a temple in Tokyo. There used to be a ring attached to the top of the shrine. |
