Pottery. Depressed globular body, slightly tapering neck with everted lip; one vertical loop handle on body. Painted with stripes and chevrons: red-black-white.

Narrow-necked jar/bottle with a globular body, hyperboloid neck, outward sloping rim, 2 strap handles on the body, and a flat base. No molded/modeled additions. The vessel is painted with a tri-colored chevron design in orange, black, and white. There appears to be a burnished finish on the exterior. The vessel was likely fired in an oxidizing atmosphere as the ceramic paste is orange in color. Fireclouding is present on the body. The catalogue number is written on the interior of neck. No other numbers are visible on the object.
